Major highlight: the breakfast spread was a dream come true - fresh omelets, gluten-free options, juicy fruits, and even a special egg order station! the room, though not big, was quiet and had all necessary amenities. However, the staff seemed a bit distant and forgot our luggage chit. 😕

We appreciated this hotel and its very good location and people. The room we had included a minibar, satellite television and climate control.

Despite some check-in delays and room issues, my stay at Sheraton Paris CDG Airport was salvaged by the convenient location, soundproof rooms, and friendly staff like Mahamadou. Improvements needed on room maintenance and check-in efficiency. Still, I'd return for the proximity to CDG and overall pleasant atmosphere.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Roissy-en-France. The whole place was clean, I loved it, and had good location and staff. I ate at a good restaurant with light food.

My recent stay at this hotel was surprisingly pleasant. the staff, especially Nasser, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. the room, although basic, was comfortable and clean. the highlight was the delicious breakfast in the lobby restaurant, with a variety of fresh options that started my day off right. the location-feeling more like a cozy hotel than an airport one-was a nice change and made me feel relaxed before my flight.

I noticed that the decor in the lobby restaurant was a bit dated and could use some modernization. the service in the restaurant was a bit slow.

Gorgeous breakfast, non-smoking and soundproof room, absolutely amazing staff. I liked having central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. It was a really really nice stay, you could leave a car on-site. The hotel was in a central location near airport. Bakery Laduree located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

My stay was excellent here. I really enjoyed having breakfast at the restaurant. Private parking on-site provided.

We were happy to have been able to check our bags through to our final destination, making things easy on the day of our overseas flight. For dinner we walked to Brasserie Flo in terminal 3. Excellent choice.

It was refreshing to find such well-maintained amenities that cater to travelers who prioritize their wellness while away from home.

A great place to connect with co-workers, eat light dishes, cocktails, and champagnes at the Galaxy Bar and its Sports Corner. Plus, the hotel provides disinfecting wipes on request, because, you know, hygiene is overrated.

Sheraton at CDG offers exceptional value and convenience compared to many Paris hotels. the upgraded room with a luxurious bathroom and access to the gym and club room adds great value to the stay. Excellent insulation allows for peaceful rest despite the proximity to the airport.

The hotel is ideally located just outside the airport, which is great if you have an early morning flight to catch. It's within walking distance of the international terminal and just outside the secure area. The hotel is also well-equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The rooms are spacious with thoughtful amenities such as robes and slippers, and the room service is fantastic. The breakfast buffet is also noteworthy, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

There was a lack of attentiveness from some of the staff in the bar, making it difficult to get service.

Great Location & Convenience: the hotel is located right at the airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers. You can easily walk to the airport terminals without having to go outside, which is a huge plus.

Room Amenities and Facilities: There were a few shortcomings in terms of room amenities. the blackout curtains were too short and didn't effectively block out the light.

my recent stay at the sheraton in terminal 2 was fantastic. arriving from brussels via tgv, the location was perfect for a short walk to the hotel. the spacious room and comfortable bed made for a restful stay before my flight from terminal 2. the friendly staff even helped me with a transfer to terminal 1 for my long-haul flight, all with smiles and efficiency. the on-site bar and restaurants were top-notch and truly convenient.
